Rowland was engaged by Goodna Services Club to assist in the brand development and launch strategy of Club Burleigh, a new club offering at Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast.
In close consultation with the Goodna Services Club Board, Rowland initially facilitated a positioning workshop with Board members to establish brand foundations, brand guidelines and key messages for Club Burleigh. A comprehensive and integrated launch strategy was then developed, comprising media relations, stakeholder engagement, advertising, social media, event management, and digital and collateral design.
On the back of the launch, Club Burleigh received glowing reviews, gained 4,000 members within its first three months of operation and has maintained a strong social media following across multiple platforms with the help of a social media strategy and workshop facilitated by Rowland.
