Rowland has provided issues management support for various Gold Coast-based clients in the education, health, professional services, infrastructure, not-for-profit and property sectors.

Our work remains confidential due to the highly sensitive nature of the issues involved and includes helping clients protect and manage their reputation in response to claims of bullying and harassment, corporate misconduct, industrial action, drugs and alcohol, safety breaches and sexual misconduct.

We have supported clients with their issues and crisis preparedness such as developing response manuals, training executive teams and scenario planning; as well as providing 24/7 on-the-ground support including strategic advice, messaging and materials, and traditional and social media relations support.
